Sadde complemented her domaine fruit with the crop from her neighbor’s parcel, where she and her team perform the phytosanitary treatments and harvest, to produce the 2022 Beaune Les Prévolles, a medium-bodied, fleshy and sensual red redolent of sweet berries, peonies, vanilla pod and spices.

The fruit for this wine comes from their own plot, supplemented by their neighbour’s, where they can manage the spraying program. Catharina mentions the advantage of the small bunches in their own part. 80% whole bunch vinification. Middling purple, the nose showing some evolution, probably an ephemeral stage, yet there is an attractive crunchiness to the fruit even so.
