Jancis Robinson (15.50)
43% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir. Composed of 56% of 2017, 8% of 2014, 21% of 2015, 7% of 2016, 8% others. Dosage 6.7 g/l, disgorged 2021.
Fresh apple and caramel on the nose. Super-bright acid. Simple, creamy complexity leading to classic toasty notes on the finish. Plenty of fresh youthful citrus fruit. Decent but rather tart persistence. (RH)

With a good proportion of Meunier in the blend, this Champagne has a rounded character, acidity and white fruits in harmony. The wine is the producer’s nonvintage cuvée, and is very drinkable now. Roger Voss
