The 2021 Pinot Noir Hawk Hill Vineyard, matured in around 20% new oak, has alluring scents of blueberry and cranberry sauce and opens with time in the glass to accents of Earl Grey tea leaves, mushrooms and juniper. Softly chalky and mouthwatering, the palate offers vibrant layers of perfumed fruit, and its juicy yet detailed expression compels you to take another sip. Only 250 cases were made.
