The 2019 Palistorti di Valgiano is a very pretty wine. Sangiovese red-fleshed fruit, bright acids, leather, cedar and sweet floral notes give the 2019 its super-distinctive profile and overall feel. Sangiovese is much more prominent here than it is in the 2020 in this tasting.
