All Pinot Noir, the NV Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Noirs Obsidienne Brut is a bright yellow hue. It gains in intensity on the nose with notes of ripe berries, croissant, orange blossoms, and wet stones that’s matched with more intensity on the palate, where it displays a broader feel, more mineral persistence and texture driving the wine, a fine and peppery mousse, and a clean, chalky finish. This impressive wine will benefit from more time in cellar and has the structure to age slowly over the coming 10 years if stored properly.
