A more floral-suffused nose speaks mostly of a spicy blend of red and dark cherry along with a whiff of the sauvage. There is a bit more size, weight and power to the medium-bodied flavors that possess a lovely texture that isn’t necessarily especially refined though neither is it overtly rustic on the lingering and more structured finale. One to consider.
