The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Le Gauchiste is a stunning wine. Soaring, intense and beautifully, layered in the glass, the 2015 is a drop-dead gorgeous beauty. Dark cherry jam, cocoa and plum fruit are lifted by Cabernet Franc aromatics. The 2015 is spectacularly ripe and unctuous, but also absolutely impeccable in its balance. It is one of the most impressive wines I have ever tasted from Coup de Foudre. Wow!
