Clear, bright, elegant and fresh, with spicy citrus fruit and a distinct lime and saline note, Wittmann’s Westhofen 2023 Kirchspiel Riesling GG starts strong! Elegant, dense and creamy on the palate, it has a zesty character but is also balanced and noble in texture. Pleasantly round, juicy and intense and always supported by its limestone texture, this is an excellent Riesling from Westhofen! Tasted at the Vorpremiere VDP.Grosses Gewächs in Wiesbaden in August 2024.

Pure, almost gentle, lemony freshness, with just a hint of stone-dust minerality and a lightly herbal side to it. Dry, lightly grippy texture and long, harmonious, non-showy, pure, lemony aftertaste.
