Burghound (89)
A more deeply pitched nose displays notes of plum, wild dark currant and newly turned earth. The sleek and utterly delicious flavors possess fine delineation as well as better complexity on the youthfully austere if more rustic finale. Lovely and firm enough to repay mid-term keeping.
Jasper Morris (88)
Paler in colour and less vigorous seeming than the Cuvée des Peupliers. Cherry and fresh raspberry, slightly raw, with quite high acidity. An attractive 2021 for the medium term.
