The 2015 Brut Cuvée Spéciale Les Chétillons is airy, gracious and quite pretty. This bottle is from the last disgorgement of the 2015, done in July 2022. I can’t help but think a little more time on lees helped the wine come together. Pear, sage, mint and white flowers are nicely delineated. There is a touch of green/vegetal character, but it is in the background today. Dosage is 5 grams per liter.
