Vinification: Traditional with little intervention
Ageing: 8 months in stainless steel vats to maintain purity

Dosage: 4 g/L of a liqueur based on a perpetual reserve which gives it roundness
Tasting: A brilliant golden yellow, enlivened by a lively and fine effervescence. The nose provides intense aromas of brioche and white fruits. In the mouth we find the white-fleshed fruits with pastry notes. The delicate bubble offers a creamy and seductive touch.
Pairing: This elegant champagne will perfectly work for an aperitif for connoisseurs as well as novices. It will accompany petit fours, or seafood starters like oysters, a roasted sea bass or also a smoked salmon with dill. Definitely a champagne to share.
