Pradelle’s 2019 Crozes Hermitage kicks off with scents of licorice, violets and cassis. Full-bodied and concentrated, there are some slightly drying tannins but just enough at this stage to impart structure and give a savory edge to the bold fruit. I’d drink it on the young side with grilled beef or lamb.
