James Suckling (91)
A little subdued but a lovely freshness and firmness on the palate. Full and refined. Clean finish. Balanced and pretty.
Jancis Robinson (17)
Tasted blind. Deep garnet. Sweetly and subtly fragrant. With senescent red fruit plus a touch of orange. And there’s a savoury olive character, too. Deep, rich, dense though the tannins are velvety even if they are still voluminous. Generous and rich and has a way to go. (JH)
