The 2017 Chardonnay displays a bright and radiant citrus color and opens with a beautifully reductive, crystalline bouquet of crushed schist. Intense and lush on the palate, this is a tight but fresh, finessed, well-concentrated and very long wine. Tasted as a barrel sample that will be bottled in spring 2019.
