Robert Parker (90)
The 2019 Bourgogne Côte d’Or is already showing superbly, bursting with aromas of cherries, wild berries, subtle soil tones and savory nuance. Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, it’s satiny-textured and beautifully lively, framed by powdery tannins and bright acids. As I wrote last year, this corresponds with the bottling formerly known as « La Croix Blanche, » and it derives from well-situated parcels in the communes of Vosne-Romanée and Chambolle-Musigny.
