Château Giraud’s 2020 Blanc Sec is an attractive, Sauvignon-dominant blend that offers up aromas of crisp nectarine and citrus zest mingled with hints of passionfruit and white flowers. Medium-bodied, elegantly textural and incisive, it’s a pretty, polished, precise white with a delicate core of fruit and a saline finish.

This has aromas of lime zest, dried pineapples, green mangoes, dried thyme, salted almonds and pine needles. It’s medium-to full-bodied with bright acidity. Layered and concentrated. Plenty of fresh and dried fruit to the herbs and nuts.
