James Suckling (95)
Aromas of cloves, dark cardamom and cocoa with ripe berry, plum skin and tar undertones. Full and tense with fine but tightly packed tannins. Spiced and a little earthy with hints of minerals, citrus peel and dried herbs on the finish. Long and persistent. Very attractive but needs some time. Better from 2026.
