Burghound (94)
An exuberantly spicy nose blends notes of raspberry, black cherry and exotic tea. The wonderfully vibrant middle weight plus flavors brim with both dry extract and minerality on the palate drenching finish that goes on and on. Like the Epenots, this is clearly built to last for decades so I wouldn’t even think of opening a bottle before at least 10 years of age.
