Unusually dark purple. Too heavy and concentrated to release much aroma at the moment. Sweet, supple palate entry. Most unusual for 2011. Lots of well-controlled fruit and pleasure. Finishes dry. But there is a lot of throat-warming interest on the way. Great balance.
