The 2023 Saint-Véran Les Serreuxdières, aged for 12 months in stainless steel, has a punchy, feisty nose that is well defined with scents of peach skin, nectarine and candle wax. The palate is lively with a fine bead of acidity—an animated Saint-Véran that builds nicely towards the finish. One of my picks from Cornin this vintage.
